1. What we collect

When you use goPos, we collect:

• Your business name and UEN (Unique Entity Number) to generate your PayNow QR code
• Transaction amounts you enter to create payment requests
• Payment confirmation data received from PayNow / DBS (amount, timestamp, payer reference)
• Your device's authentication token to keep you signed in

2. How we use it

• To display your personalised PayNow QR code at the point of sale
• To record and display your transaction history
• To notify you when a payment is confirmed

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Singapore accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

4. Third-party services

Payments are processed through PayNow via DBS Bank. Payment confirmation data is received from DBS webhooks. We do not store your customers' personal information — only the payment amount and reference.

5. Your rights

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data. Contact us at hello@gonumba.com to exercise these rights.
